Zippy Deviled Eggs

"I concocted this recipe for my longtime friend and colleague Colleen B. for her 60th birthday celebration. Decorate with a sprigs of parsley or dill."

Ingredients :

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, halved lengthwise with yolks and whites separated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot yellow pepper sauce

Instructions :

Prep : 15M Cook : 12M Ready in : 15M
  • Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce in a food processor; puree until smooth.
  • Spoon egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag with a decorative tip; pipe filling into the cavity of the egg white halves.
