"I discovered this gloriously refreshing drink in Berlin on a tour of Eastern European cities. Brings back wonderful memories. Serve in a wine glass. Pretty and tasty!"

Ingredients :

• 4 ice cubes, or as desired
• 2 fluid ounces Prosecco
• 1 splash carbonated water
• 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger bitter orange aperitif (such as Aperol®)
• 1 slice orange (optional)

Instructions :

Prep : 5M	Cook : 1M	Ready in : 5M

• Fill a wine glass with ice cubes; pour in Prosecco and carbonated water. Top cocktail with bitter orange aperitif. Garnish with orange slice.
