Cheesy Slow Cooker White Chili

This was given to me by a good friend. My daughter had eaten it at my friend's house and came home raving about it! So I had to try it. She was right, it is delicious!

Ingredients :

  • 3 (15 ounce) cans great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 pounds cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can yellow corn, drained
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can white corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
